Team V. It's not. It's who ever has the most money wins. The dog in 3rd and 5th will purchase in the last 1/2 hr. They will steal it from you. That's the only way they can win

Michelle W. Thanks I was wondering, Beast won $50 + 150 votes and took forever before could file claim to his win was given option to have mailed are use paypal. Filled in my address picture of state licenses and copy of a bill with name address on it. Never received it. Emailed several times. They waited 3 weeks to let me know expired to claim his $50. Im sad, because really enjoy looking at the fur babies. I genuinely love animals especially dogs. My Babyboy Beast is my heart.
