Scrappy finished 2946th in the Dog’s contest which ended a year ago.
Scrappy is a 3 year old chihuahua terrier mix. Although he is smaller than most dogs in this pageant, he is the most lovable. He also loves cuddles and will whine if he can’t cuddle with someone during the night lol.
